SCI SWITZERLAND: Camp Wikipedia for Peace, St. Imier BE

  • von

Would you like to become a journalist for a week? If researches, articles and activism are your cup of tea, you should join this study camp!

This project invites passionate individuals to contribute their insights, foster dialogue, and collaboratively edit and translate articles to promote a nuanced understanding of military conscription. During a week, you will work with an experienced Wikipedian, ask your questions and dive into the world of Wikipedia, while you dig deep into different dimensions (e.g. the ethical dimension) surrounding war and peace. This workcamp is for beginners as well as for experienced Wikipedians.

You will be accommodated in a nice house in nature which is located in Mont Soleil. On the weekend you will have a chance to discover the nice surroundings of Mont Soleil and St. Imier.

There will be co-funding for this project and we will be able to support some participants with a travel grant: this concerns for sure participants living in Switzerland, Austria & Germany.
